The Programme Manager – Strategic Partners, is responsible for coordinating the development and delivery of sales enablement programmes and initiatives designed to support the generation of incremental value through AVEVA’s Strategic Partners (Schneider Electric).
The role holder will work closely with internal departments and across Schneider Electric’s organisation and partners to identify what enablement is needed to support our Strategic Partners. They will then be responsible for developing and delivering tailored enablement projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities

Develop and own enablement programmes/initiatives designed to support the generation of incremental value ‘through’, ‘with’ and ‘to’ AVEVA’s Strategic Partners (Schneider Electric)

Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and partners, to develop a deep understanding of the Schneider Electric ‘sell through’ model

Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to identify key enablement requirements

Promote and evangelise all Sales Enablement programmes and ensure clear communications are managed around initiatives

Work across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups to drive adoption and measure impact of Strategic Partner programmes and initiatives

Act as subject matter expert within Sales Enablement team to ensure our Strategic Partners are considered in all relevant initiatives/decisions

Work closely with the Senior Partner Programme Manager, to ensure learnings and initiatives relevant to both our Strategic Partners and other AVEVA partners are leveraged across both groups
Skills and Experience

Experience of Partner Management/Sales Enablement

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build teams and secure support at all levels.

Excellent Programme management experience, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects

Ability to align partner needs with business priorities

Strong organisational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to drive adoption of sales tools / processes

Excellent written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team, with the ability to work with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
