You will join us as a Care Assistant and work as part of a team who are responsible for providing daily support to our residents to help maintain and improve, where possible, independence and mobility. You will continually monitor resident care, ensuring individualised care throughout and maintenance of accurate and up to date records. You will assist residents to carry out their activities of living e.g., dressing, eating and bathing.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential. Previous experience of working within a care environment is essential. Full training and support will be provided on commencement of post.

Kenton Hall is a 60 bedded residential and nursing service, approximately four miles from Newcastle city centre.
Set in landscaped gardens on the outskirts of Gosforth, with excellent road and public transport links we provide dignified, professional person centred care for our long term, respite and interim residents.
Our qualified nursing team, supported by a strong care team provide support for varying needs, from those needing just that bit more care than can be provided at home, through complex nursing care, up to and including palliative care.
As well as welcoming private residents we work closely with Newcastle City council and the NHS, accepting Local authority funded residents with no additional top up on fees, and CHC nursing clients.
