Job Title: Pensions Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Location : Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Benefits: 25 days annual leave,
Up to 9% bonus
Contributory pension scheme - Caterpillar will double the employee's contribution Up to 10%
Contributory share scheme - Caterpillar will match 50% of the employee's contribution

The Opportunity
This role sits within the EAME HR Total Rewards Department reporting to the UK Pensions Manager and is to provide support to the UK Pensions Manager in all aspects of running its UK pension arrangements.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Support the UK Pensions Manager in managing the UK Pension Plans
Undertake in-house DB and DC admin tasks using Workday
Manage pensions in-box and related member queries
Support successful management of the DC and DB third-party administrators
Support the UK Pensions Manager with project work
Complete actions arising from Trustee meetings
Perform administrative tasks, ie setting up meetings, catering, following up actions
Support in delivery of pension communications and education strategy, to include visits to site
Work with Team to ensure all communications, plan documentation, websites, Noticeboards are updated and kept up-to-date
Data manipulation and analysis
Support the insurance renewal process
Manage the RBLC process, keeping the constitution updated and setting up meetings
Liaise with outsource administrators re death cases and progress through the RBLC
Support archive activity and transition to electronic medium
Support automatic re-enrolment every 3 years
Potential for role to include pension admin support for Plans outside of the UK
Any other tasks reasonably requested
Candidates will have gained and be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience through previous roles:
Previous pension administration experience required in a similar role.
Ability to manipulate and analyse data
Ability to effectively present in an engaging manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of both DB and DC plans
Highly organised
Ability and willingness to learn new skills
Proven teamwork skills
Pro-active, enthusiastic attitude
