This is a unique Customer Support Agent role, ideal for someone who is looking to put the clients’ interests first and contributing to a positive customer experience. This is an exciting customer service role which will see you handling a variety of tasks which may change from week to week, and requires the flexibility to adapt alongside our business requirements.
Your Responsibilities
- You are the contact person for our customers and handle mainly written customer enquiries and occasionally telephone calls independently and competently.
- You inspire with your friendly manner and our customers feel in good hands with you, thus contributing to customer satisfaction.
- You professionally handle enquiries about the account opening andinvestment process, right through to basic tax issues.
- You respond to and resolve customer complaints with assistance.
- You gain a detailed product knowledge in order to resolve customer enquiries.
- You ensure customer matters are resolved to a satisfactory conclusion.
- You adhere to our data control principles.
- You work well alongside a diverse workforce, based both in the UK and across Europe.
Your Profile
- Professional experience in the field of customer support desirable, regardless of the sector.
- You possess strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- You demonstrate high attention to detail and focus on priorities.
- You have proficient MS Office (or google equivalent) and IT skills.
- and are open to learning new programmes.
- You are flexible and open to a new challenge.
- You speak and write English at a native-speaker level.
