Role Title: Information Technology Business Partner
Location: Bournemouth/Hybrid
Competitive Salary £40,000 to £45,000 + Bonus
About You:
Do you have excellent organisation skills with proven experience in managing multiple concurrent projects with the ability to adapt to changes in project priorities whilst being pragmatic and delivering at pace? If so, we have a unique and exciting opportunity for you to join our Information Technology team as a Information Technology Business Partner.
We are looking for an accomplished individual with a strong skillset in leading data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes. You will have Business Analysis experience, drawing on this experience to support business stakeholders in receiving the outputs they require, whilst working closely with the Scrum Master in ensuring IT deliver the best possible operational service.
Reporting to the Solution Delivery Manager you will work collaboratively across a multi-disciplinary team and be instrumental for ensuring the technical specification of system change requests from the business are fit for purpose from requirements gathering through to post deployment. As our Technology Business Partner your ability to communicate and work with third parties, stakeholders and external suppliers will play a fundamental part in you enabling you to understand and investigate feedback into the services, functions, or products as appropriate.

This role is remote based, and you will be expected to travel occasionally to our divisional office in Bournemouth.
Your Attributes:
You will have:
- Previous business analyst experience is essential.
- Salesforce experience essential.
- Previous Project Management experience is desirable.
- Demonstrable experience modelling business processes and capturing requirements to industry standard best practices.
- Strong experience of working with business project management methodologies (including Agile, Scrum and Waterfall).
- Experience working with full Software Development Lifecycle on new implementations, upgrades and technical projects.
You will bring:
- The ability to get users to engage and articulate their requirements, making sure we get to the correct solution the first time.
- Strong communication skills. Working as part of a team, with stakeholders, users from around the business and management.
- Experience managing small change activities and projects, adapting best practice methodologies to suit the business requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use industry leading data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
- Consider the opportunities and potential risks attached to operational improvements and changes.
- Identify the processes, people and information technologies required to instigate the improvement or change.
- Communicate the benefits of recommendations to stakeholders and help to address any uncertainty and concern.
- Support the staff and teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues.
These are in addition to the core responsibilities of the role.
