About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Sytner Group for a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join the Mercedes-Benz of Bristol.
In this role, you will work closely with the Divisional HR Managers and HR Advisors to deliver the people strategy and contribute towards to overall success of the department.
As an intrinsic part of the team, this role is about adding value, implementing positive change and being innovative. Delivering comprehensive, high quality and professional HR support, you will ensure security and confidentiality is maintained at all times and complete tasks accurately, within a timely manner and with minimal supervision.
You will take ownership of the administration function, proposing innovative solutions for process and procedural improvements and support the HR Team in the delivery of initiatives and projects from an administrative perspective. There is also the opportunity to support the recruitment requirements across the division, co-ordinating the recruitment and on-boarding process, with a specific focus on speed of response, attention to detail, candidate experience and consistency of communication.
In this role, you will need a proven track record of working as a HR & Recruitment Administrator/HR Officer in a multi-site organisation and possess the confidence and ability to manage a high volume of work.
This is an exciting role with opportunity to have exposure to all areas of operational HR.
This position is primarily remote, we therefore welcome applications from candidates across the country. We operate within twenty locations across England, supporting the additional options of hybrid and business location based working. This flexible approach means the successful applicant can work based on demand of specific tasks or personal work preferences.
We will consider applications favourably from individuals possessing a CIPD Level 3 qualification in Human Resource Management or those who are working towards this achievement.
