- Creating visual content for use on social media, including video animations and infographics
- Assisting our Training Services Division with the design of highly engaging graphics and visual aids for our classroom-based and online learning provisions
- Designing printed materials to promote Inzpires products and services, including flyers and long-form brochures
- Designing graphics to be used on tradeshow/exhibition stands
- Designing visually appealing templates for company documents such as business proposals
- Supporting the companys internal communications strategy by creating engaging publications including company newsletters and briefs
- Generating creative ideas and presenting them to Inzpires business development and marketing team
- Providing support to professionalise the look and feel of company proposals
The Person.
We need a creative individual who has a real talent for developing ideas and leading a design project from initial concept to delivery. The individual must have a strong knowledge of basic graphic design rules, and the ability to adhere to them when designing new materials, or updating old ones.
Our ideal candidate will be equally at home in a lively initial design meeting as they will be working independently to bring the project to life, and will have excellent organisational and time-management skills in order to manage their own workflow.
The role will require you to work with all of Inzpires different business areas, often working on multiple projects at once so we are looking for a strong team-player who has the ability to multi-task and great attention to detail.
We are particularly looking to diversify our social media content so we want to recruit a graphic designer who understands digital platforms, emerging technologies and how to capture the audiences attention.
More than anything, we are looking for someone who is not afraid to think differently and has the creative mindset required to come up with ideas which will help differentiate Inzpire from our competitors.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Senior experience in a graphic design role, either in-house, agency or freelance (3-5 years experience minimum).
- Art direction experience
- Experience of designing both web and print media for a variety of audiences
- Experience using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience in designing layouts for Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- Experience in designing engaging graphics for services/capabilities as well as products
- Experience in creating videos, including animated videos.
- A good understanding of general marketing principles including audience segmentation/targeting and brand management/positioning
- The ability to work on multiple projects at once
- The ability to clearly present and articulate creative ideas to all levels of the business, including pitching to the Leadership Team and Directors.
The ability to proofread to a high standard in order to support the marketing communications manager with the creation of marketing materials would also be highly desirable.
Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
