The growing regulatory focus on operational resilience requires us to take a fresh new way of looking at risk. Building on the successful implementation of the firm's Business Resilience uplift, the CIB Operational Resilience Implementation Program is driving completion of the transition to a framework that fully supports the operational resilience approach through continuous improvement as well as regulatory remediation. The program is focused on driving and implementing best-in-class industry practices on a global scale whilst ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
This role includes responsibility for the management, development and execution of specific change initiatives to support the implementation the of enhanced resilience framework (Methodology, Process, Technology and systematic solutions). With a focus on rollout of a new resilience tool and improved Resiliency planning across the CIB.
Skills Required / To Be Developed:
