Job Description
We are looking for passionate, reliable and committed individuals to join our team. Previous experience is not required, full training provided.
This specific role will be well suited to individuals over the age of 18, looking to supplement their income with a second job, University students studying Health & Social Care (or other related courses) looking for part-time work or people who are looking to, in their spare time, make a difference to the lives of senior citizens living within their community. Specialised training – once you've passed your provisional period; We provide City and Guild accredited, paid and in-house training on the subjects of Dementia and End of Life Care.

Regular hours - you will only be caring for few number of clients that you will visit on a regular bases, therefore providing you with a consistent, regular schedule.

Long shifts: - our minimum visit is 1 hour, but you might also have up to 12 hour long shifts, depending on your preference.

Very flexible hours- work hours completely suited and tailored around your schedule and availability.

24/7 On-Call support - from our office, Care Managers and our out of hours On-Call supervisors.
