Welcome to Motel One London Tower Hill, a busy design hotel in the heart of the City of London. We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team.
Your role will be back of house, dealing with the accounting procedures of the hotel. Your duties will include:
- checking the daily financial reports and balancing credit cards
- processing bank statements
- processing invoices
- cash handling
- responsibility for petty cash
- placing orders for other departments

Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
