Our Level 5 HR Consultant Partner Apprenticeship is designed to enhance individual learning and growth through a combination of study and on the job learning. In this scheme, you will develop a better understanding of Network Rail’s priorities and challenges whilst forming close working relationships with people across the organisation.
You will join the Human Resources team who will encourage you to grow and develop. You’ll learn how to work alone and to thrive in high pressured environments.

What you’ll be doing
You will have the chance to undertake rotations across different areas within the HR team giving you the opportunity to widen your skills and excel in the industry. Along with learning on the job, you will also attend part-time courses, providing you with a varied knowledge of corporate responsibility, safety, and sustainability. Having this qualification under your belt will position you as a fully effective skilled professional with career options.
What you’ll get out of it
You will complete an appropriate qualification (as considered most relevant by the employer), within which you will be able to focus on your chosen HR Specialism from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development:
· CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management
· CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management
Successful completion of this standard enables the apprentice to apply to become an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of personnel and development
HR specialisms include Core HR, Resourcing, Total reward, Organisation development and HR operations
