Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic member of staff to join our team at Baby Scanning as a receptionist and administrator in our Glasgow, Hamilton and Kilmarnock clinics. We are looking for a mobile / peripatetic worker supporting covering absences / vacancies.
This is a customer facing role therefore you will be interacting with our customers, we are looking for someone who can put our customers first and make them feel welcome in our clinic when they may be a little apprehensive.
You will welcome the customers and their family. Have them complete the necessary paperwork, escort them into the scanning room.
You will also help the sonographer with the printing of photographs and packaging up the customers packages as well as taking payments and keeping on top of the admin of the running of the clinic. This role will also involve keeping the clinic area clean and tidy.
We would also like you to become involved in the social media marketing which would include taking photographs/ videos, getting involved in TikTok videos.
The ideal candidate would be a people person who likes to interact with people whilst still being able to carry out the essential jobs to keep the clinic running efficiently. It would be an advantageous to be literate in Word and Excel. Driving license and owning a car would be desirable however there are good public transport links to all our clinics so the willingness to travel is essential.
Please note that the clinics are open during weekends and weekend availability will be required.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 4 - 24 per week
Salary: £10.00 per hour
