Job Description
The responsibilities in this role include:
- To provide comprehensive midwifery care that is person-focused and evidence-based in the acute units and primary care setting within a continuity model of care.
- To recognize the responsibility and accountability of their practice and develop the skills to be able to challenge the actions of others to promote person-centred safe practice.
- The post holder will be expected to carry out all aspects of holistic midwifery care.
Requirements:
- Qualified Midwife with valid SANC registration.
- Curerntly practicing in South Africa.
- At least 12 months recent experience within Midwifery.
- Registered with NMC UK(Not required but beneficial)
- IELTS/OET passed (Not required but beneficial)
Package Overview/Benefits:

Starting Salary(post OSCE) £27 055 per annum.
