You will co-ordinate targeted support and will regularly review the plan with the families and partner agencies through the Team around the Child meetings.

As we move forward with our development of Community, Family, Youth Hubs as part of Swindon Communities Together, you will work with other flexible and motivated individuals to achieve the best outcomes with children, young people and families.

To succeed in this role, you will need demonstrable experience of; working with and providing support to children, young people and their families. You will also need resilience, skills in risk management, the ability to manage your time well and the ability to prioritise your work.

You will need to be flexible with working hours that fit around the needs of the family, including some evening and weekend work.

If you believe you have the skills, experience and enthusiasm to join and help shape this service and make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable children, young people and their families then we want to hear from you.

For Swindon to thrive in the future, we need to lay the foundations now. It’s why our regeneration and transformation programmes are already underway. So, you’ll be joining us at an exciting time on our journey. We’ll look to you to share your knowledge, influence decisions and drive real, positive change. With your contributions, we’ll achieve our vision of a prosperous, re-vitalised Swindon by 2030 together. And you’ll be proud to say it was made better with you.
