You and the VIP team will be out there as the face of Cineworld, striving to deliver an unrivalled VIP cinema experience for all VIP customers. You will be providing a superior standard of service to our customers and making sure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Food Handling and Stock Control
- Use of Technology (e.g IT Systems,Till Operations, Telephones)
- Cleaning
- Maintaining Standards
- Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
- Addressing and Resolving Complaints
