Job Description
Janan Online are looking for confident, enthusiastic hardworking individual with excellent telephone and written communication skills to offer customer service support to clients who have made a purchase online before. This role is specific to Maternity Cover with no possible end date.
The role will encompass communicating with existing and prospective customers, over the telephone. via email and on live web-chat. They will also be using website hosting platforms like Shopify and Magento.
Previous Call-Centre experience is preferred. We offer an induction training plan – including technical skills, product knowledge and sales training. A great working environment, with onsite cafe.
You will be working alongside the E-commerce and Marketing team in a high energy environment. If you are enthusiastic, take initiative and are able to work to deadlines this is the job for you.
Job Type: Temporary contract
