£21,000.00 - £23,000.00 per annum, plus benefits (D.O.E.)

Qualifications:
· GCSE Maths & English at Grade C/Level 4 or above
· Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance (willing to work towards)
About You:
Are you a detail orientated individual with previous admin experience looking for a new challenge? Do you thrive in a diverse and fast paced environment, enjoy speaking to clients and always striving to go above and beyond?
Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Stevenage based Medical Malpractice team by delivering high levels of service to clients & partners, whilst assisting with growth and development targets in support of the business strategy.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and capable of building rapport over the telephone to provide an excellent client experience
- Has the ability to work in a regulated, compliant and client focused environment
- Organised, resourceful, deadline driven and supportive of wider team
- Quality orientated with great attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Willing to work towards their Cert CII Qualification
About the Role / Key Responsibilities:
· Providing administrative support across MIAB
· Prepare and maintain client files
· Prepare recommendations
· Identify areas for planning
· Undertake research and identify appropriate solutions both independently and with the adviser
· Prepare information/comparisons for analysis by adviser
· Prepare draft recommendation reports to be discussed/signed off by adviser
· Implement recommendations
· Prepare suitability letters in accordance with agreed recommendations
· Complete applications/proposal forms where required
· Ensure all compliance paperwork is in order
· Review
· Act as main point of contact and deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication
· Organise future review meetings with client
· Roll out of changes in process, compliance updates and ensure smooth implementation
· Positively contribute to the appointments being booked or the leads generated
