Support Worker­ - HH002

Full time support staff required for our client who is living in his family home with an acquired brain injury.

We are recruiting for 2 full time positions to work an exciting and varied rota to include a mixture of days, nights and double up shifts. One position is permanent, and the other is a fixed term for maternity cover until April 2024.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team, working alongside therapy professionals, to support the client's rehabilitation programme. The varied blend of shifts will provide the successful application a rewarding opportunity to engage in all aspects of the client's progress.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Purpose: To support your client with their day-to-day living, promoting their independence and supporting them to live a fulfilled life ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.

Internal and Management: This role will report to: Registered Manager
