We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Administrating the compliance of enhanced background checks for new employees
- Requesting and vetting of all references for new employees
- Responsible for ensuring the security pass process is completed
- Ensuring timely delivery to support the need of fully vetted colleagues
- Ensure a high level of effective communication is maintained with colleagues, management, strategic partners and other DHL stakeholders
- Accountability for all compliance regarding Civil Aviation Authority and DfT

- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Be calm, friendly and professional
- Ability to quickly and accurately react to any given situation
- Work well within a team
- Previous referencing experience - Desirable
- Ability to hold and manage sensitive information respecting confidentiality and data protection at all times
- Aviation specific administrative background - Desirable
- IT Literate and familiarity with Excel
- Exposure to Aviation
Security Process to work within Aviation and Travel at DHL
- Be able to provide 5 years address history
- Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- To obtain a full airside ID
