Location: Home based
Salary: Up to £30,000pa dependent on skills and experience
Contract Type: Permanent

Role Summary

To work in conjunction with the HR team to ensure the smooth running of all recruitment related processes in the company. Working with the HR team, Recruitment Manager, recruitment agencies, candidates and recruiting line managers, the post holder will maintain high standards of recruitment data management and ensure that all concerned adhere to company processes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruit various roles depending on the needs of the business - both clinical and non-clinical.
  • Preparation and posting of job advertisements onto company careers website and relevant online job boards and social media sites.
  • Providing general administrative support to recruiting managers by: collating information on suitable candidates; liaising with recruitment agencies; communicating with potential candidates; attending interviews where required.
  • Ensuring that all candidates have the “right to work in the UK” and the appropriate qualifications before commencing employment.
  • Ensure the HR Team is informed of new recruits so that contracts and on-boarding information is sent out to candidates in a timely manner.
  • Managing the Recruitment inbox and ensuring that all recruitment enquiries are signposted appropriately.
  • Raising Purchase Orders and Limit Orders for any purchases relevant to the recruitment function.
  • Provide monthly reports to be used by the HR Director and SMT.

Experience, skills and knowledge required for the role

  • Previous recruitment experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills; must be structured and systematic.
  • Ability to prioritise and multi task with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work confidentially.
