The Digital Designer will be responsible for working with the Marketing and Ecommerce team to create and execute compelling and commercially driven digital assets which will run across our website, emails, digital platforms and social media.

Responsibilities:
- Create all digital assets to support our cyclical promotional campaigns, specifically all web banners, email campaigns and support with social media where needed
- Create concepts and execute all digital assets to deliver marketing campaigns across the calendar, including website landing pages, emails and other digital marketing
- Develop and support the delivery of all digital customer communications for Jollyes branded services such as grooming and vet, providing creative an engaging communication
- Work with the Marketing and Ecommerce team to ensure that all activity is delivered accurately and lands on time
- Generate social media assets, supporting the social media agency across all key platforms where needed
- Create, produce, and retouch images, logos which support the brand, campaigns, and activity
- Utilise skills to deliver animation graphics for use online and instore, bringing to life assets to help support the brand messages
- Provide ideas and inspiration to the Marketing and Ecommerce team on how to best deliver campaigns across digital platforms
- Be a strong source of creativity within the wider marketing team –introduce new concepts and ideas that will engage customers and drive sale
- Set up a central portal for assets and be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders when assets are required
- Support in non digital design from time to time depending on workload capacity

Key Skills
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop with After Effects knowledge preferable
- Knowledge and understanding of building in HTML would be desirable
- Able to take a project from conception to implementation, managing multiple projects at one time
- Experienced in template and page design across email and website
- A team player, willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
- Energetic, creative, and inspirational personality. You will always be looking for opportunities to improve and be more effective
- Excellent relationship skills, both internally and externally which allow you to develop strong relationships
- Highly literate, and highly articulate in written and verbal communications and be prepared to express opinions and ask insightful questions
Qualifications & Experience
2-3 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within a retail/faced paced FMCG working environment
