We are looking to recruit Home-Based Support Workers across Norfolk to join the Intensive and Specialist Support Service with the aim to enable more children to remain at home safely with their families.
As a Home-Based Support Worker, you will work with families, directed by Family Practitioners/Social Workers to promote safety and well-being and prevent escalation of need.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,369.00-£24,054.00 per year
