Shifts:
Monday-Friday.
Between 8am & 5pm.
37.5 hours.
Flexibility may be required for weekend and overtime hours.

Job type:
Temp.
Possibly Temp-Perm for the right candidate.

Duties:

• Cleaning of all processing equipment and production lines to meet BRC standards.
• To ensure the deep cleaning of all areas of production following the cleaning schedule set out to you by the management team.
• To ensure that all paperwork is correctly completed and signed off in time in order to meet standards.
• To confidently and concisely report any damage discovered whilst cleaning, including any damage to the belts, machinery or equipment.
• To confidently report any areas that you feel do not meet hygiene standards to the management team.
• To ensure that all production waste is removed and disposed of appropriately as per our hygiene procedures.
• To ensure that your cleaning and personal protective equipment are clean, intact and functioning correctly at all times.
• To be willing to adapt and manage the pressures of an ever fast-paced environment of a distillery.
• To show a willingness to grow with the company and adapt to the changes that may be required as we move into the next phase of our expansion.

Requirements:

• You must be self-motivated with a good work ethic.
• Have a good level of numeracy & literacy.
• Be able to prioritise tasks.
• Training will be provided for the right applicant.
