Job Description
We're a well-established graphic design company (6 full time designers) working across all graphic design disciplines including presentations. And, owing to the growth of our presentations area, we are seeking an experienced PPT person.
Currently, our clients send us their 'raw' PowerPoint decks and we turn them into show-stopping presentation by:
- Aligning every slide to a template (either the client's or by creating a new one).
- Adhering to their corporate branding guidelines.
- Re-drawing or creating from scratch all the graphics, charts and other illustrations that the client may have taken from the internet (this is done by our designers and we don't expect the successful candidate to do this).
- Sourcing and supply of new (and legal) images from image libraries.
- Ensuring a clean and coherent design layout of each slide.
- Applying suitable and relevant animations or transitions as required (or not).
- Compressing the final PPT and send it to the client for their comments.
The successful candidate will be working on an Apply Mac computer (provided) so experience on Macs would be more than useful. We will also provide training on the creation of some of the graphics/charts etc., in Adobe Illustrator (though we are not looking to employ a qualified graphic designer).
And excellent command of English grammar and spelling is absolutely essential as you will be e-mailing – and occasionally being briefed via Teams meetings. Our clients are top-notch blue chip companies employing the most highly qualified leaders in their fields and we reflect our respect of this in our own high standards.
An outgoing and friendly personality with a 'can-do' attitude is essential in our small team. We often work under great deadline pressure so an ability to be able to juggle multiple projects would be highly beneficial. If you're enthusiastic and love to push your own boundaries, then this is the role for you. There is no upper limit to your pay and the more you can bring to the role, the more reward you will quite rightly receive.
Whilst this is an office-based role, we are flexible enough to allow the occasional home working if required. We make an employer's contribution to your workplace pension scheme and private medical health insurance (BUPA) is also provided.
If you can provide other organisational and office-based admin skills, then this is more arrows in your quiver and good news from our point of view.

Salary is negotiable (we'll pay what you're worth) but starts at £25k.
