Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service / Office Administrator to join our team at the BT Local Business, based in Kempston, Bedfordshire.
A minimum of 1 years previous office based customer service experience is preferred, administration experience is essential.
The role will involve order entry, liaising with our customers to help resolve their service issues, general office administration duties. Our customer base is predominantly BT customers already that we have long standing relationships with so on-going support of these customers is key to ensure they stay with BT for their future needs. The Role is extremely varied as every service or fault issue is unique and will involve you working with various different divisions in BT to find a resolution. We are a team of about 30 sales staff whom you will liaise with and help with their issues in order for them to gain repeat business again and keep our customers happy. A friendly but organised "can do" attitude is needed in order to keep our team and customers satisfied. The ability to multi task and meet deadlines is a must. We are a friendly but energetic busy office who believe in strong team work and excellent customer service but also having a bit of fun along the way.
