Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers wishing to purchase medical travel insurance.
- You will need to identify customers’ needs to provide appropriate optional extras so you can maximise your sales opportunities.
- You will need to achieve personal sales and performance targets, which contribute to the overriding business objectives.

We have roles in our Cardiff and Romford sites. The six-month probationary period is office based, thereafter we provide the flexibility to work remotely if all core KPI’s are being achieved.
Hours and Benefits
Up to 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8:30am and 8:00pm on a rolling rota shift pattern, to include some evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
