Main Responsibilities
The Main Responsibilities:
You will work with service users in a variety of contexts, some live at home with their families and some live independently in their own homes
You will work with services users to:
- Support them at home to live independently
- Support them to participate in exercise and activities
- Support to access volunteering and educational opportunities
- Helping with daily independent living tasks

About the Organisation
A+bility began in 2009 providing individualised care and support to children and young people.
Today we provide support to young people excluded from education and families in child protection as well as children, young people and young adults with learning disabilities. We also have a sister organisation that supports care leavers.
From small beginnings we are a growing team with local roots, providing personalised domicilary care, community support, and supported living. We now work across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Swindon and BANES and have 29 staff providing over 700 hours support a week.

We are based in Stonehouse and we work across Gloucestershire and neighbouring counties, although the majority of our work is in the Gloucester and Stroud areas.
