Stoke by Nayland Resort are looking for a Spa Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Peake Spa at Stoke by Nayland Resort is a fast-paced and exciting environment where the Spa Manager will be encouraged to develop their commercial and operational skills. This role would suit a current Spa Manager looking for a new challenge or an Assistant Spa Manager looking to make the next step in their career. We work with leading suppliers such as Decleor, Neom, CACI, Crystal Clear, Mii Makeup, and OPI.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring guest experience is to a 5* standard
- Leading and developing a large team of spa therapists and receptionists
- Achieving monthly sales targets by managing the spa diary and ensuring that all space is utilised effectively
- Ensuring all areas of the spa are adequately covered whilst keeping costs in line with budget
- Departmental HR with the assistance of the HR team
- Communication with the spa team and colleagues in other departments
- Attending weekly guest feedback and operational meetings
- Ensure 100% adherence to company Health & Safety policies and report any concerns
Qualifications or desired skills:
- Beauty therapy NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Experience in management or supervisory position
- Excellent communication skills
- Good standards of computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Stock Control experience
Additional Information – As part of the Spa Team you will be expected to work varying shifts including weekends. This role offers an excellent employee benefits package as well as 28 days holiday on a pro-rata basis.

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
