Our client is a world-leading investment firm based in Central London. They are seeking a world-class, experienced EA, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and that has working experience in a similar industry.
The ideal candidate will have with C-Suite executive office support experience and key responsibilities include:
Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
Booking complex international travel
Processing expenses
Arranging projects, events, and offsite days
Board meetings, management, and minutes
Preparing PowerPoint Presentations for internal/external use.
Ad-hoc duties as required
You will have:
