What it's like to work here:Little Moreton Hall, a timber-framed building, surrounded by a scenic moat, has defied logic for over 500 years and is still standing strong. Built to make a statement of their status by the Moreton family, Little Moreton Hall was constructed during the Tudor period, with the earliest part of the house begun in around 1504. Nestled at the back of the hall is the manicured knot garden, where we grow herbs and vegetables that the Tudors would have used for their cooking and medicines. We also grow produce, which we use locally on site in our tea-room.
