Isothermal Technology Ltd (Isotech) is a world leading supplier of temperature calibration equipment and is looking to recruit a new team member to assist clients within a technical sales support group.

The Role
Working as part of a small team in Southport, Merseyside you will liaise with experts in the business to produce technical offers and product support to clients, as experience grows you will work directly with customers.
Being flexible is essential to gain the necessary experience and assist the business. The role will include:
· Handling general technical enquiries for new equipment and spares / repairs
· Sales Quotations
· Sales reports from existing data
· Generation and follow up of sales leads.
· Marketing support
· Assisting in the laboratory with testing of finished equipment
· Answering telephone calls
· Updating technical data on the website
· Creating a knowledge base of technical articles
· Creating new technical documentation and reviewing product handbooks
· Other tasks as deemed appropriate
· Support visits after a training period
You Will Need
We are looking for a self-starter with strong IT skills and an understanding of electrical principles, experience in temperature calibration equipment would be advantageous but not essential. An engineering degree is desirable but candidates with a technical or science background able to demonstrate a flair for understanding how temperature sensors and instrument’s function would be considered.
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to learn about our products and temperature calibration, with the opportunity as understanding grows to become recognised as an expert in the field. You should have a confident respectful manner, and a personality to work with different people.
