We’re looking for a Document Controller to join our Kier Construction team, with agile and part time working available. Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to exciting projects, progression opportunities, support in obtaining further qualifications and even more.

Key Responsibilities
As a Document Controller, you’ll be working within the Kier Construction team, managing and hosting training sessions for new users of the project CDE, either with groups or on an individual basis, as required.
Your day to day will include:
Managing the CDE for the lifecycle of the project and in line with Kier procedures and standards
Managing ongoing maintenance of project file naming protocols with the information manager and project team, in line with Kier protocols and ISO 19650
Configuration and preparation of status reports on workflows, sample submissions, TQs, RFIs, other reportable data and user activity to inform digital dashboards
Who are we looking for?
This role of Document Controller is great for you if you have:
Comprehension of industry standard naming conventions. ISO 19650-2 National Annex preferred, BS 1192 fundamentally
Competent experience with EDMS, Asite preferred
Interest in project delivery processes and project administration and willingness to train others
