Restaurant Supervisor – The White Lion Hotel, Aldeburgh
Salary: £10.72 per hour
The White Lion Hotel in Aldeburgh have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Restaurant Supervisor with a bubbly personality to join their team covering our hotel restaurant and our Indian cuisine restaurant - SeaSpice.
Candidates must have a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and have a customer comes first approach to work.
This role will involve working a mixture of early and evening shifts up to 5 days per weeks (around 30 - 40 hours per week), the amount of days can be mutually agreed however weekend work on a rota will be included within this.

Key tasks and requirements of a Restaurant Supervisor include:
- Proven experience at supervisor level or above role, in a Food and Beverage environment
- Be accountable for all cash and takings, including end-of-day reconciliation
- To undertake duty management duties as required
- Carry out training on new menu items as required
