Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit a Care Assistant on behalf of our client, a residential care home based in Solihull.
Main Responsibilities:
- To comply with the homes Health & Safety, COSHH & Environmental Regulations.
- To attend and contribute to staff meetings when required.
- To attend all training, this includes mandatory and best practice.
- All training will be indicated by a T on the rota
- To maintain confidentiality on all aspects of care and your work within the home.
- To have a working knowledge of the homes Policies and Procedures in respect of your job.
- To comply with The Skills for Care Code of Practice for Health & Social Care Workers and the Employee Handbook.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £9.65 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Solihull, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
