We are passionate about what we do and therefore looking for a team manager who can provide excellent customer service, have a high level of attention to detail; but most of all, a passion for our business and provide the best customer experience possible, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team.
About the role
We are looking for a manager with a high level of interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively manage a team in a relatively new contact centre. The contact centre was established in Burnley in early 2022, and has since then grown and been able to incorporate many different divisions of SS&C, including Customer Services Complaints.
As a leader of the Complaints team, it will be your responsibility to manage the personnel within the team and ensure that all complaints received are being dealt with to the standards expected, as well as providing reports to senior management regarding performance and target setting.
