Receptionist
Salary: £27,000 per annum
This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to join a bold developer as a Receptionist. Our client is responsible for a large-scale, eclectic redevelopment in London and promotes an autonomous, happy work environment. Please note the working hours for this role are 10:00am to 7:00pm.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Reception desk duties including acting as the first point of contact, managing the reception inbox, key management, and daily checks
- Diary and meeting management including booking rooms using Outlook, arranging refreshments and lunches, clearing rooms after meetings, and setting up AV and conference telephones
- Administrative duties including maintaining and updating logs, receiving and distributing deliveries, and arranging couriers
Receptionist Essentials:
- Previous experience of providing reception series in a similar customer focused environment
- Experience of using computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and other office technology
- Demonstrates a personable, professional, polite and outgoing personality
- Demonstrates first class time and diary management skills, paying close attention to detail to avoid oversights and errors
- Well organised and is able to prioritise work, demonstrating the ability to multitask within tight time constraints
- Demonstrates a high level of professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrates a high standard of personal presentation including dress code appropriate to this client facing role
- Capable of acting as a brand ambassador and promoting excellent customer service
