If you are an experienced phlebotomist, we would love to hear from you.
GP Healthcare Alliance is a company, originally formed as a GP federation, made up of 18 practices in Castle Point, Rochford and Rayleigh, Essex. We work together to provide healthcare for all practices and patients. All practice members remain independent contractors but work collaboratively to improve healthcare services within our area.
We provide a range of primary care and community services to our local residents, various ‘at scale services’ for practices, as well as providing professional staff training. We meet nationwide challenges with local knowledge and expertise, tailoring our services to reflect the needs of the communities in which we work.
We will develop new services where we believe we can improve the patient experience and deliver efficiency savings to the NHS. We work with local NHS clinicians in the delivery of the services, thereby supporting the retention of strength and depth within the local NHS clinical teams.
About the GP Healthcare Alliance:
- Over 8 years delivering NHS contracts at scale across Essex
- Serving close to 300,000 patients across 5 primary care networks
- Delivering weekend wound care services
- We delivered “hot hubs” during the Coronavirus pandemic's first wave, and still deliver Covid vaccinations and booster campaigns
- Online training academy is due to be launched in early 2023
- We care! Our charity work includes collaborating with the Rotary Clubs to collect food bank donations as well as collecting used bra’s for breast cancer research and compiling Christmas gift boxes for the homeless
- At an inspection of our head offices we were rated “outstanding” by the CQC for being such a “well led” organisation, this year!
GP Healthcare Alliance is an exciting place to work and offers a wide range of employment opportunities for many people. We positively encourage applications from all areas, regardless of age, gender disability, sexual orientation or religious beliefs. We are committed to ensuring people who works with us have a good working life and a good work life/home life balance.
