What will I do?
- Responsibilities in both Admissions and Fastrack and VIP.
- Provide our guests with a fantastic experience here at Thorpe Park Resort and encourage the team to do the same.
- Support the Team in making guests aware of the wide range of additional products available to them.
- Assist Team Leaders in welcoming and observing new starters to the team to ensure they are confident in their role.
- Support the Team Leader and Management team in providing a professional and welcoming experience to all guests.
- Encourage and motivate the team to drive sales and hit targets for products such as hotel stays and other promotional activities.
An ideal candidate would be able to:
Be a role model for the team- Good knowledge of Key Performance Indicators
- Act in the interest of improving these scores
- Excellent communication skills are crucial

Location: Thorpe Park Resort, KT16 8PN
Hours: Full Time, fully flexible & Weekend roles available
Pay: £9.28 - £9.50 per hour
