Our highly skilled and creative workforce is comprised of individuals drawn from a broad cross section of the globe, who reflect a variety of backgrounds, talents, perspectives, and experiences that help to build our global learning community.

Are you looking to make a difference to how Bournemouth University manages health, safety and wellbeing? You will be able to provide professional, timely and practical advice and guidance to a wide range of Faculty and Professional Service staff. You will demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and provide evidence of a sound knowledge base across all health, safety and wellbeing areas, with proven relevant experience.

You will be working closely with the Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing and other members of the team/department committed to staff engagement and making a difference.

You will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience across the diverse spectrum of BU activities and workplaces, working with established safety management systems and processes, but also feel able to challenge, offering ideas and solutions to make improvements where required.

You will bring excellent interpersonal skills, a pragmatic approach, problem solving ability and passion for health, safety and wellbeing to the role.

Informal enquiries should be directed to Karen Butters, Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing via email at [email protected].
