SF have partnered with an organisation in Warwick who are looking to recruit an HR Business Partner on a permanent, hybrid basis. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive HR function, in a very generalist role where you will have influence in a number of different areas.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing support and advice on a number of different staffing issues
- Managing a diverse caseload
- Getting involved in organisational development and change projects
- Performance management
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Collaborating with the wider HR team
- Covering all aspects of Employee Relations and managing complex cases .
