Our Client has openings for HCA/Support Worker for Full time – Nights in Congleton CW12. Looking for applicants with prior experience in Healthcare Sector. The home is rated "Good" in CQC ratings and is registered for a maximum of 42 Service Users.
The carehome is wonderfully bright and cheerful home in the historic market town of Congleton, which is within easy driving distance of Manchester and Stoke-on-Trent and on the main railway line.
Job Details as HCA/Support Worker:
Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £10.50 per hour
Schedule: Days/Nights – 12-hour shift
Responsibilities as HCA/Support Worker:
As a valued member of our care family, you'll work within our care home environment delivering high-quality to the residents. Working as part of the care team, you'll encourage independence, assist with daily tasks (including personal care) and implement care plans to meet the individual resident’s needs. With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.
Requirements as HCA/Support Worker:
