Job Title: Reservations Agent

Essential Functions:
1.Responsible for taking reservations and accurately putting into system.
2.Answer inquiries of room rates, outlets and room locations.
3.Interact with Group Rooms Coordinator on bookings.
4.Handle all guests’ special requests in a professional manner.
5.Post advance deposits and keep accurate records of deposits.6.Complete all necessary projects by the assigned times. Complete documents as directed and to specifications.
7.Handling of all requests for guestroom reservations, changes, cancellations and information.
8.Input and maintain all group details, routing and online booking links.
Requirements:
Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays .
Must have a flexible schedule.
Understand and appreciate diversity with colleagues and guests.
Multi-task and prioritize . Able to handle stress Knowledge of Opera, Word, Excel. Knowledge on Marsha knowledge is preferred .
