Customer Service Representative
About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be representing Alonuko to potential and current clients. You will be hosting bridal consultations, fittings and you will be our clients main point of contact throughout their experience. We pride ourselves on providing luxurious quality products and our clients should receive the same experience from beginning to end.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering a luxury service throughout the entire client experience
- Hosting bridal consultations and fittings
- You will be the main point of contact for customer service enquiries
- Responding to emails and representing Alonuko in-person and over the phone
- Being knowledgable on the brand, the products and services we provide
- Managing client accounts and keeping a good line of communication with clients
- Be in close contact with the production team
- Organise your personal work calendar and the company calendar with consultation bookings and client fittings
- Continually work to improve the customer journey and raise suggestions for improvement
About you:
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in providing an excellent level of customer service and have a positive driven attitude. As we are a growing brand, it is important you have the ability to adapt to frequent changes whilst working efficiently. This role requires you to be independent and have the ability to exercise your initiative when performing new tasks and prioritising your workload. It will help if you have knowledge of fashion and an interest in the bridal industry.

- Adept communicator and attention to detail
- Computer competent
- Receptive to training
- Positive can-do attitude
- Enthusiasm and patience when assisting customers
- CRM experience is preferred
- Invoicing experience is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, SE8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 3 years (required)
