Job Location: Immingham
Your new role
As Valve Technician you will be involved in delivering valve related services, at our facilitates located in Immingham. Your role will involve certification, repairs, and overhauling of valves working towards deadlines. As part of your role, you will liaise with clients, suppliers and other third parties to deliver valve certification services including providing technical guidance and support to clients and fellow technicians to endure we offer an excellent service. Also, all Valve Technician report through the lead and senior technicians to the technical managers for any decisions relating to technical issues. Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are met in accordance with the H&S at work act and the Management of H&S regulations and the requirements of the SGS UK QHSE Manual.
Qualifications
What you’ll need to be successful
To be a successful candidate, you need to have experience within a relevant engineering discipline and experience of Valve certification. You may have an apprenticeship background in an engineering discipline, or suitable relevant experience within the specific field of valve overhaul / repair / certification. It is also Is desirable to have a full, current valid driving license for use in the UK.
