Job Description
Kingsley Court Residential Home is a small dementia registered home on the Dorchester Road with only 17 bedrooms, all en-suite, with a wonderful mix of residents with varying needs and varying levels of independence.
We have a warm and welcoming team of staff and we are looking for a friendly, reliable and happy individual to come and join our team.
We have various hours available including morning, afternoon and evening shifts, all staff are expected to work alternative weekend hours; we are seeking somebody who has the flexibility to work a varied shift pattern to perhaps include a mixture of all shifts as required; all to be discussed at interview.
Our shifts cover the following: 8am - 2pm / 2pm - 6pm / 6pm - 10pm / 10pm - 8am (night shift) - you may, at times, be required to work some nights and all staff are required to work alternate weekends.
We pay above average hourly rates plus the addition of overtime rates and double pay for shifts covered at short notice. We have on site parking, a wellness programme and a supportive, caring atmosphere to work in.
No experience necessary as full training and opportunity to work towards qualifications provided.

All staff working in care homes are required to have received 2 covid-19 vaccinations and to maintain booster jabs as necessary. We routinely test for covid-19 using lateral flow tests and pcr tests where required. Staff are required to wear PPE as appropriate including a face mask when working in the building.
Salary: £10.90 - £11.55 per hour
