Job Description
We're looking for a Admin Assistant to join our busy team at Baileys Wholesale, Lydbrook.
Previous experience would be useful but not a necessity as full training will be given.
The role
- Liasing with other stores to ensure correct stock is being booked in
- Putting stock onto the system accuratly
- Preparing invoices for wholesale customers
- Conversing with the Customers and other stores via WhatsApp
- General admin: filling, answering phone calls, assisting directors.
The candidate:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good I.T skills
- Able to use WhatsApp
- Confident, professional and friendly approach
_Monday-Friday
8am-4pm_
