Wild Pheasant Hotel and Spa are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the hard working kitchen team..
Hours: 45 hours per week (5 days out of 7)
Location: Wild Pheasant Hotel and Spa

Job Responsibilities are:
- Follow recipes and product directions for preparing food.
- Operate a variety of kitchen equipment.
- Stock, date, rotate and check temperature of product.
- Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment.
- Taste products and keep records in order to accurately plan food production.
- Keep to company standards and follow H&S policy.
- Follow the correct HACCP procedure the company have in place.
- Keen attitude to develop and learn new skills under supervision of head chef.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per year
