About Craft on Draft
At Craft on Draft, we have one goal, to provide everyone the opportunity to enjoy keg fresh craft beers and ciders at home. The first of our unique Craft Beer Filling Stations allow us to do just that.
Our initial store will be located 2 minutes walk from Pudsey Train Station. Not only is it our first store, but it’s also the first place in the UK that you’ll be able to buy true small batch, fresh beers, and ciders straight from the keg without having to stand in your local bar to do so. Our high-tech, oxygen free growler filling machines dispense beer into pressurised glass growlers that allow the beer inside to remain perfectly fresh for up to 60 days.
This initial outlet will be the first of a proposed 250 sites across the UK opening between now and the end of 2025. Our goal is to be the UK’s largest provider of Keg-Fresh Take-Home beers!

About The Role
Role: Craft Server
If you love selling craft beer, but hate working late nights in bars, then this could very well be the perfect role for you.
Just because someone wants to drink fresh beer, it doesn’t mean they should have to leave the house to do so. That’s why Craft on Draft is opening the first in a network of Craft Beer Filling
Stations where taste savvy craft enthusiasts pick their new favourite pint from a range of carefully curated beers which are then dispensed into premium glass growlers, taken home, chilled and enjoyed. Our constantly changing beer selection will come from award winning, hugely talented yet often lesser-known UK Breweries. Not only are we providing an amazing range of drinks with incredible customer service from you, but we’re also supporting and championing small-scale brewing in the UK.
As a Craft Beer Server, you’ll be right at the forefront, delivering amazing craft beer and advice to the thirsty people of Milton Keynes. You’ll be working closely with your colleagues to deliver the best possible service, product advice and overall experience to our customers.
You’ll receive full training on the products and processes at Craft on Draft before you start and once through your settling in period will also receive the chance to get become a Cicerone Certified
Beer Server, a recognised and highly regarded qualification within the Craft Beer world.

Hourly Rate of Pay: £10.50 (Dependent on experience)

About You
We’re looking for confident individuals who can help us serve up the best craft beer around. If you love nothing more than to talk about beer cocktails and cider all day, this is the job for you. If you just like imparting knowledge onto others in an enthusiastic and happy manner whilst working hard to give people an incredible experience every time, then this job could be perfect for you as well!
You’ll need to have an interest in good beer, fresh cocktails and cider and a passion for getting it into the hands of others.
Knowledge around craft beer specifically is handy but not at all essential. We’ve got all the facts and the beer; we’ll teach you everything else you know!
Experience working in a bar or within a service led role or industry is useful but also not necessary, as we can show you the ropes and give you all the tools you need to do a brilliant job.
What we can’t teach you is also the most important thing; you need to be fanatical about delivering the best possible experience to each one of the Craft on Draft customers. The beer is only amazing if you are too!
