Hours of Work: 08:00-18:00 (Within the hours of)
Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year DOE

About the Department/Team:
The Contracts Executive role sits within our Projects Team. You will have overall ownership and responsibility for reviewing and validating new contracts, adds, moves, and changes, along with management and ownership of Engineer Diaries. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting our Service and Sales departments from across the wider business.
Roles and Responsibilities.
§ Review and validate deals, additional works, moves, adds and changes in line with department checks.
§ Carry out initial welcome call to clients to acknowledge receipt of contract/documentation and order form.
§ Add all relevant information to Master Sales Platform to reflect deal and associated costs
§ Utilise relevant portals to submit finance information requests.
§ Assigns deals, additional works, moves, adds and changes into Projects Executives/Department
§ Management of Engineer resource (Engineer Diaries), forecasting, utilisation, and reporting.
§ Own and manage any ad-hoc book Engineer requests.
§ Manage and process Engineer surveys and job sheets.
§ Key liaison between internal Projects and Sales teams
§ Own supplier relationship with external finance companies
§ Answer inbound calls and action emails daily relating to first line queries
§ To always maintain the highest standard of professional conduct and behaviours
§ Managing email boxes and actioning/responding as required.
§ Works towards Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and objectives as defined.
§ To cover additional team duties as and when required.
Experiences/Skills.
§ Previous administrative skills/experiences
§ Resource management/diary management
§ Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook Email
§ Exceptional organisational skills
§ Ability to manage workloads and prioritise
§ Excellent planning and attention to detail.
§ Desirable – Knowledge of finance/finance proposals
