As a Behaviour Change Co-ordinator you will help those who use our service to acheive their goals.
Responsibilities:
The Aspire Team is an exciting initiative within the Wear Recovery treatment service supporting adults to make changes to their substance use where it is potentially harmful. The post holder will carry a caseload of clients and offer intensive support over a period of 12 weeks, using 1-1 and group Psycho-Social Interventions to help prevent an escalation of substance use requiring more long-term treatment.
You will be compassionate and organised and will work across 3 sites; Sunderland city centre, Washington and Houghton-le-Spring, to deliver high-quality and evidence-based interventions. Your commitment and energy will be suported by the wider team of highly skilled and experienced practitioners delivering clinical interventions, groups and specialist recovery support.
